Nitrous Oxide Sedation
Nitrous oxide sedation is administered while your child is in the treatment chair via a small nose mask. They’ll breathe in the sedation, and the effects will kick-in almost immediately, helping a calming wave wash over them. They’ll remain completely conscious and able to respond to our team; the sedation is just a little boost to help them have the positive experience they deserve.
Oral Conscious Sedation
We provide liquid oral conscious sedation that’s easy to swallow and great for kids. Because the effects can linger for several hours after their visit, it’s important that you plan to take them home and rest as the medication wears off.
