How We Treat Orthodontic Emergencies
While you’re going through orthodontic treatment, if at any point you experience an emergency situation that requires immediate attention, never hesitate to call our office. We try to see all of our patients the same day they give us a call, and we’ll provide you with first aid guidance over the phone to prevent further harm to your smile. When you arrive at our practice, Dr. Bowden and our team can reattach your bracket, fix your archwire, or do whatever else is necessary to get your treatment back on the right track.
After-Hours Contact Service
Dr. Bowden provides after-hours contact through the latest technology; voice to text transcription. To contact Dr. Bowden for a true dental emergency after hours, simply call the office phone number and follow the instructions on the message. A separate number will be given for you to call and leave a voice message with your name, child’s name, phone number and nature of your emergency. Dr. Bowden will receive an e-mail to his phone with the transcribed message and will promptly call you back.
