Advanced Dental Technology El Paso
So High-Tech, You Would Think We’re in the Space Age!
For the past 30 years, Dr. Bowden has taken immense pride in remaining up-to-date with the latest advancements in his field, including using the most modern technology and techniques in his El Paso dental practice. Our office is equipped with precise and fast digital imaging technology, a soft tissue laser, and more to help make each of you or your child’s visits as streamlined and comfortable as possible. We invite you to read more below.
Cone Beam CT Scanner

Our cone beam CT 3D scanner (CBCT) is an advanced diagnostic imaging device that can capture a detailed view of your entire facial anatomy within seconds. It creates a 3D image that Dr. Bowden can then use to diagnose dental, orthodontic, and airway concerns for targeted, personalized treatment planning.
Intraoral Scanner/Digital Impressions

Instead of needing to stick gooey and gag-inducing putty in the mouth, our team utilizes our sleek, state-of-the-art intraoral camera to take digital impressions. This leads to a more comfortable experience for all of our patients, whether they’re receiving orthodontic or pediatric dental care from our team.
Digital X-Rays

We use digital X-ray imaging, as it’s faster, yields better quality images, and emits dramatically less radiation, making it even safer for kids and adults alike. In just a matter of minutes, our team can capture an entire panel of X-rays to help us complete more thorough examinations.
Soft Tissue Laser

Dr. Bowden can utilize a soft tissue laser during certain treatments to effortlessly remove severely damaged gum tissue, kill harmful oral bacteria, and improve the health of the smile. With it, we’re able to cut healing times down dramatically, eliminate the need for a scalpel and sutures during procedures, and virtually erase post-operative discomfort.
3D-Printed Retainers

With our in-office 3D printer, our team can quickly craft a durable, customized retainer for you, whether it’s a brand new one after your orthodontic treatment or a replacement because you lost yours. That way, you won’t have to wait for two weeks or longer to receive one from a dental laboratory!
